lol if you guys had a brain you'll understand both espn and fox agreed to push the fight back due to the pandemic but hey its easier to blame wilder

Fury has Wilder shook.Comment

Thing was when Hearn/DAZN made his first offer of $12.5 mil
(6x Wilder's purse, Ortiz 1) Shirley and company really thought Deontay
has become that big of a draw similar to Mike Tyson in the olden days.
In reality the DAZN offers had nothing to do with it as subscription-based
companies in general spend billions of $$$ in their startups.
Even his fanboys began to think he's a huge mega-star and could potentially
command 2-4 million buys in PPV sales and could easily match any offer.Comment

Outboxed by Gerald Washington, a C-level opponent. Outboxed by Artur Szpilka, a C-level opponent. Struggled and hurt bad against Eric Molina, a C-level opponent. Couldn't drop Chris Arreola (who quit), a short, 35-year-old C-level opponent. Comprehensively outboxed by Ortiz, a B-level opponent. Embarrassed and then destroyed by Fury, granted, an elite level opponent (hence why he was comprehensively outboxed and destroyed).
So go on, name one legitimate, irrefutable instance where Wilder has proved he's at the elite level...Comment

Na, what nobody is actually explaining is...why is there far more (like, hundreds) still images and video footage (like, 50+ minutes) that show Fury's gloves looking normal? Or why the multiple checks (including after the fight) by the athletic commission didn't detect any anomalies with the gloves? I'll save you the migraine and embarrassment and answer said questions for you...because Fury beat Ducktay Whiner fair and square. Sit down.Comment

Not a Wilder fan or a hater.
In fact I was happy he was humbled by Fury who I also thought should have gotten the node in the first fight.
I am just not going to get carried away as some and start implying Wilder was never good to begin with because he lost a fight to another talented heavy weight.
Wilder can fight. Wilder is talented. Wilder will be back. That i have absolutely no doubt about.Comment

Nice evidence of Wilder's lack of "elite level".
We can all play this game of nitpicking ANY fighter's record and refer to his opponents as X level to detract from their ability. How convenient.
Sorry bud i am not going to play your game.
All i can tell you is that a whole lot of people have lost a lot of $$$ betting against this fighter who is not at the "elite level".
He loses to Fury and now all the "experts" knew this was going to happen all along. How sage.
Thanks for the humorComment
