Yessulinov v Ortiz is a championship fight in the future I think. I would take both over Porter right now. Those fights you mention sound good to me, all action too

Ortiz has to make up 1-2 fights due to time lost during the shutdowns but one or two more with some of the mid-tier names/contender.

WW landscape will be looking different with the next group added to the mix.

I would give him way more credit than for fighting shot Kell Brook.

Cashing him out already? As others have commented, it's too early for this type of fight in his career. I'd like to see him have two or three fights against top level competition then match him against Crawford.

              I’d favor Ortiz!

              Let’s make it happen!

Oscar is a weirdo, he always trying to ruin what he has. Is Vergil the top contender out there right now? yes and I think he will become the man at 147 eventually but the keyword is eventually. Let him work his way to the top instead of forcing his time. Get him Thurman, Get him Vargas, and than if he gets those W's push for Ugas, Porter, Garcia and if he gets those W, go after the top dogs. Going from Maurico/Orozco to Crawford is a big leap.

He's insane to do this. If he does this, other Mexican and Mexican-American fighters will see this and be hesitant to sign with Golden Boy. I'd put Ortiz in with someone like Lipinets, Clayton or the guy who beat Dulorme a few months ago.

I disagree with you on Porter. I see very few guys in the division who can beat him. I seriously doubt guys like Ortiz or the Uzbek kid can at this point. Ortiz vs. Clayton or Lipinets sounds good to me.

Yeah! Vargas is a step up at this point.. Crawford is a MOUNTAIN Up.
