1 poor diet

3 prone to stomach cramps
4 did not duck any high risk opponents
5 fought to excite fans too much instead of using boring mayweather style
6 couldn't control weight between fights
7 predictable footwork
8 predictable combinations
9 didn't have six pack abs, weak core strength
10 Didn't have strength and conditioning coach
11 tendency to quit or tank in big fights lol

that's for starters, don't have enough time to add comrehensive full list. lol
Duran was a very flawed fighter lol the numbers don't lie lol

Iam a strong believer though if you truly love your wife you wouldn't hurt and cheat on her.
That’s fascinating about the Shaolin monks! Always been impressed with those guys. Elite on so many levels.

Being able to have six pack abs is more genetic than anything else.
I could name several fighters who didn’t sport a six pack and were or are quite dangerous in the ring, Muhammad Ali being the most obvious one.

Duran is one of the greatest in boxing history. For a fighter to move from lightweight to middleweight and fight prime Leonard, Hearns and Hagler is something no fighter in boxing history can match. Duran would fight these guys for free just to show them he was a real fighter. Today you have paper champions that get all the glory like Pac and Mayweather who cherry pick. If they were really that great they should have moved up in weight to challenge themselves. They were even afraid to fight each other until peer pressure became so great they were forced to fight.
