Duran is the greatest fighter Sugar Robinson ever saw besides himself. Sugar Ray Robinson actually said this.

Yes, I agree that cheating is the worst. Never done it and hope to God I never do. There’s few things crueler a man can do to his wife.

That’s fascinating about the Shaolin monks! Always been impressed with those guys. Elite on so many levels.

Not trying to be silly here but what does six pack abs have to do with it?

Being able to have six pack abs is more genetic than anything else.

I could name several fighters who didn’t sport a six pack and were or are quite dangerous in the ring, Muhammad Ali being the most obvious one.

Duran is one of the greatest in boxing history. For a fighter to move from lightweight to middleweight and fight prime Leonard, Hearns and Hagler is something no fighter in boxing history can match. Duran would fight these guys for free just to show them he was a real fighter. Today you have paper champions that get all the glory like Pac and Mayweather who cherry pick. If they were really that great they should have moved up in weight to challenge themselves. They were even afraid to fight each other until peer pressure became so great they were forced to fight.

When a guy outgrows a div, HE IS NO LONGER PART OF THAT DIV.

It would be very impressive if an ACTUAL 135 lber were to beat a MW.

His weakness was probably himself. He was so good, sometimes he didn't feel the need to train properly.
