Crawford-Brook ratings 6x higher than Spence-Brook

I was just pointing out that it isn’t as ****** as comparing a PPV where the opponent is Mikey Garcia to a PPV where the opponent is Viktor Postol.

The fact that Spence and Crawford have a common opponent and Crawford’s fight did six times better according to the television ratings?
Carlos Ocampo lost to Spence by early brutal KO, then proceeded to dominate his next 5.
Jose Benavidez lost to Crawford by late questionable stoppage and hasn't been seen since.
Now, what's the net effect of those outcomes?
Spence pitches a shutout on Mikey Garcia to his largest PPV and gate numbers ever (almost 400k buys and enough to pay both guys $3 million each with enough left over to pay everyone with a gross of $27 million). Filled up the stadium in Texas.
Crawford sells 6k tickets and less than a million in revenue for Kavaliauskas.
Now, given these numbers (which you can EASILY verify yourself), I ask again.
What warrants a 50/50 from Crawford...?Comment

Spence fans still talking about the numbers from the García fight like García wasn’t the a side. That fight was in Texas for a reason. There’s no evidence to suggest those Mexicans would support Spence and buy into a Crawford fight, i wouldn’t be surprised if Spence - Crawford did Floyd- Berto numbers. Both these clowns are trying to marinate a fight like they’re Mayweather Paq when they both need each other and the ceiling on this fight is like 700k ppv max.Last edited by CharlieStewart; 11-19-2020, 02:29 PM.Comment
