Recently Bud along with Brook were being interviewed for their up and coming fight when Bud said 'I don't want to talk anymore' to which he was met with you have to we are screening this contest(we are paying you to promote as well) Bud mumbled some little snippets then left.
I'm all for these guys earning their millions in this sometimes brutal sport but they also need to fill their obligations outside sometimes and as good as it seems Bud is he's never going to be the no.1 face of the sport with the money that follows with his standoff and shy approach.
I think the only thing that Eddie the rat would do differently is cry.

Well this Covid affected everyone in the boxing industry. Bob was hopping to get his return by fighting T Bud vs Manny or Spence. Thats why Canelo is out of the contract as well. Money talks.

Hearn just working his own angle, but he's right, it was disrespectful to say that even if it's true. You signed the guy to a deal and it didn't pay off for you and you wanna blame him. Arum should do his job better or negotiate better but don't disrespect a fighter who has been with him so long and not bad mouthed him even though TR failed over and over again to make fights vs Pac, Spence or any top PBC fighter. Arum is one of the guys who speak articulately and wears nice suits but really has no class.

Really hope Uncle Al makes Crawford a good offer and we get the fights we want. Hearn might pay Crawford well but remember his claims about how he could make Danny Jacobs a star, he's unlikely to take Crawford's popularity to the next level.

Maybe Arum knew he'd lose money on Crawford when he signed the last contract but did it anyway just to stop PBC getting more dominance. Sad but could explain it, he doesn't usually sign guys to deal that overpay them, this might be first time ever
