Comments Thread For: Canelo Alvarez vs. Callum Smith Finalized For December 19, DAZN

Canelo was embroiled with the whole DAZN/GBP legal issue which only recently got resolved. That's what Saunders and Plant did and I applaud them. Let someone else be Canelos' biatch.
I think this is a good fight; don't get me wrong. But I'm real tired of Canelo taking advantage of every possible angle. Short training times, forcing international flights (why doesn't Canelo go to Europe for this fight and let him get jet lagged), and we all know it's impossible for an opponent to win a decision in Las Vegas.
He didn't know when or even if he would be able to fight again this year. But he is disciplined and stayed ready...nothing was stopping Callum from doing the same.
But nobody is forcing Smith to take the fight. If he wants every little condition to be perfect before he can perform then just bow out.
If he accepts the fight then no excuses.Comment

again, neither of those(bivol - betervieb) are considered a better fighter than canelo, they are just bigger, thats it..
Bingo!!! Give this man his prize.

I meant like championship level fights Jose Miguel never really hit that level lost the only time he stepped up so I didn't count that plus I meant like knockout victory for vengeance Miguel actually gave Canelo a good fight and it was very close definitely didn't get beat up.
Don't see Canelo fighting either Charlo either he declared he's staying at 168 and the only fight he would go back to 160 for is Golovkin but it seems Golovkin is having trouble making 160 also so they will probably meet in the middle.Comment

Was surprised by this. I was 100% wrong when I posted canelo wouldn’t be back on DAZN.So this will be Canelo’s third Ring Belt in 3 different classes should he be victorious?
Told you guys... DAZN Global needed this!

Thats because you listen and follow the LDBC. They pollute your mind. Free your soul. Their propaganda for DAZN's demise never made any sense. Suckers are born every minute. Timestamps!Comment
