Here is Liakhoviches open letter to KLitschko: I am the White Wolf and I want some fresh meat. Stop looking for roadkill. You challanged Lamon Brewster when he was lying in a hospital bed. Now you are challenging Oleg Maskaev who just faight 12 hard rounds and needs time to heal. Does this make you brave? My promoter Don King called your manager Sheely Finkel three weeks ago when I was in his office in Florida and offered to make the fight but Shelly said not now maybe later. Why not onm November 11th? What will change later? I will belive our fight will show people who the best champion is right now. You were so eager to fight me last year, what happend now? Or maybe your just glad you didint after you saw what I did to Brewster? If it is true about your vaseline or some other excuses, why dont you prove it. Fight the guy who beat the guy who beat you, or are you looking for an easy way to be a champion?
    Sincerely: Sergei Liakhovich

Liakhovich's promoter or press agent wrote that. Sergei may want Wladimir; but he did not write that....it reeks of PR Cheese.

Well as much as I dislike Wlad he is in the drivers seat......I guess by default that makes him the for the most part undisputed HW Champ.Everyone wants to fight him because they know beating him will prove the most.I really hope the Briggs fight comes off because although Wlad is clearly the better overall fighter Briggs stands the best shot aside from Peter who already failed of putting Wlad to bed early..........

SL is a much less dangerous fight for wlad than briggs.... SL isnt as explosive, big or quick(hands)as briggs... SL is a better boxer than briggs, but he is not going to outbox wlad... its going to take a big puncher to beat wlad(brewster, peter, briggs)... wlad will dominate boxers, boxer/punchers like SL, toney, brock...

This is probably one of the top five heavyweight match-ups I can think of that I would want to see. Hope it happens; I'm not sure who I'd favor right now, either...

Yes true. Liak has all the good points in that letter and I don't see no reason why Wlad wouldn't fight him.

I'm starting to be HYPE UP again as far as the HWD. This kind of fights are just the kinds of fight the HWD needs today.

Damn, it's time to eliminate the pretenders and the big mouths we need to find out who's who.
