He means that in haters' eyes Wlad will be "ducking" someone no matter who he fights.

well I think they will say that hes ducking Sergei if he fights Briggs instead, I think most people want to see a unification fight instead...

The Briggs fight was in place first, Briggs has been constantly calling Wlad out to make the fight, and Briggs has predicted an early knockout.
If Wlad doesnt take this fight, it would certianly look like ducking.

It depends though. If he doesn't take the fight but takes a unification fight instead, it'll make sense. If he just takes a bum, then yes, it would certainly look like he is ducking.

not really. there's far more reward in beating serg then there is briggs. I can see him facing briggs becuase he has a bigger following in new york,,,but there's much more to gain by fighting and beating serg although I dont see that happening because of don king

no it wont not if he takes on Liakhovich, the Liakhovich fight is the best thing for this division maybe its not as New York fan attractive as Briggs but Wlad needs to take the Lyko fight...

He has a lot of fans in New York in New Jersey I can tell u that right now Im a New Yorker. Vitali won the fans over there in his demolishin of Kirk Johnson and Wlad had a ton of supporters at the Peter fight, the place was almost sold out. I hope he would take on Liakhovich, get the wbo belt then he will be called the reall deal, then go on and fight Briggs....
