Agreed, this new weight class is meh to me but come on, what is this BS faux respect by the WBC banking on a poor kids name. I understand giving the kid the belt, but come on man. Regardless I will be calling it super cruiserweight.

I'm actually a Canelo fan, but even I accept that his catchweight non-sense as a JMW and after he became WBC MW champ was some straight bull. I don't care to hear about your lame justifications for any of it.

Exactly, forget all this PC mentality where everything has to perfectly alighned and fair. As long as it isnt cheating who cares, sometimes you gonna face a big mother****er deal with it.

Think about this; if Wilder wasn't such a dud and actually gave a fuck about learning the sport he would have become practically unbeatable no matter size and thats with himself weighing less than 224 majority of the time.

So is this what the WBC is proposing?

            Light Heavyweight: 169-175
            Cruiserweight: 176-190
            Bridgerweight: 200-224
            Heavyweight: 225+

So is this new Bridgerweight going to be 190-224 or is there to be a super cruiserweight/jr bridgerweight division at 191-199?

Saluiman wants to do this in a 6 to 12 month period. If he does say goodbye to a unified cruiserweight division, Uysk may literally have been the last one to do it.

"How can we make super heavyweight thing work?"

"I know. Don't use the word 'super heavyweight'."

After Andre Ward gets inducted into the Hall of Fame, he's going to announce he's coming back for that 190 belt.
