Anyone who knows law and can really read this would see Finkel is a two bit lawyer with no grounds .

Arum has this guy by the balls if he even wants to waste money on the foolishness.

There’s a wish and a reality here . Team Wilder a bunch of clowns , my question is what was Klitschko doing with this guy ? Ha

You're boxers; fight it out in the ring not the courtroom

"Finkel said whatever the legal resolution, Fury still has an obligation to fight Wilder"

Seems like Finkel knows the legal resolution will go against them. Otherwise, why would he say something like that?

"And when it was a draw he didn’t have an obligation to give a rematch and he gave it to him”

Just remind us, Shelley ... who was it that spent a whole year crying and complaining that the other guy was ducking him until he finally got the rematch - and the beating - he was begging for?

Fury already took care of that by taking wilder to the woodshed in the rematch, let's get Joshua vs Fury instead.

I think the relationship was .. Wlad and his real manager, Bernd Bönte, told Finkel what they wanted him to do for them, and Finkel did as he was told.

You’d thing both side would want to have the fight when it’s most profitable. They did $27m on the gate alone in the last fight.....unless I miss my
Guess that was the record for a heavyweight title fight. You definitely want a crowd for this one and enough time for the fight sell.
Have a feeling wilder’s side will get their way
Fury schooled him in the first and beat his ass senseless in the second but fury should do it again because deontays "questioning the dominance of his win"??? Lmao...come on man,let wilder put the humiliation behind him and lets get Joshua vs Wilder instead....and I think you're off by 10mil on that gate.

The decent thing to do is give him the third fight.
Dibella was dropped for setting up the DAZN contract offer

Yeah, This comment does hint at Finkel and Wilder's legal argument to be less than solid.
