Listen to your boss above all else or.......What that old saying
Better to call the fight a punch early than a punch too late
Wilder wasn’t showing anything to suggest he still had a chance. I saw a man who accepted the beating.
No athletes like fighters. It’s easy to be brave since they aren’t logical
Deontay is madly in love with his power believing it can bail him out at any moment
It's the hurt business. A guy could get damaged without getting pummeled. Just ask McClellan.
How many BRUTAL back and forths have we witnessed ?!?!?!?
No towel
Just applause for the BRUTALITY
Listen to your boss at all times.Comment

Well it seems like Wilder did suffer brain damage with all his latest accusations. Too bad nobody told him not to wear that ****** outfit, but that was the Kings choice right? Sure complains about it. I was a fan of his work in the ring. Wilder shoulda just trained himself too then right? Don’t get it twisted, if Wilder became a vegetable, or died, brain damaged from nobody stopping it just like he says he’d want, his WIFE woulda SUED the hell out of everybody. It’s not like he signed a WAIVER!! Everyone else has a right to protect their own butt. Your supposed to trust this guy that he’s not going to sue you for letting him keep on getting battered? Gimme a break. The guys blaming everyone and everything, so you know if he got seriously hurt he would be blaming someone else for it too. Before the fight, the King gave Breland, Deas, and team specific orders to NOT throw in the towel. They agreed.
Breland decided to throw in the towel without warning Wilder.
He claims to have done it to "save Wilder's life." But that was Wilder's decision to make, not his.
Wilder is an adult, no one should be able to decide for him.
To some men, respect is more important than life itself. What Breland did was highly disrespectful.
And, lets be honest, if it had really gotten bad in there, the Referee would have jumped in. All this "Wilder would have died" talk is ******.
Breland was an employee, and should have obeyed his King.Comment

Not so much dain bramage but hurt ego. Getting beaten like a punching bag is one thing. To have a member on your team throw in a towel ? Might as well given him a vasectomy while he was at it.Well it seems like Wilder did suffer brain damage with all his latest accusations. Boxers know any punch can be the last. When a towel is finally thrown, it's nice to think it saved a life. But let's be logical. How many clean punches landed prior to the towel ?
OK, it wasn't the 101th punch to ruin him. It was the 105th. If only the cornerman could have thrown the towel a couple of punches sooner....
If the boss says to throw the towel in if you see him getting whooped, you better throw that towel. Even though you know it won't end the fight.
If the boss says never throw in a towel, that he wants to go out on his shield, you have to give your boss that respect.Comment
