Yes, yes, yes I understand all of that. I am not defending him nor his actions. I am questioning our legal system. Instead of the woman automatically being awarded money Broner should be jailed and brought in to court so that the Judge hears both sides. Him not showing up should not automatically be an admittance of guilt.

I am saying it should not be that way. Just because it is law does not mean it is right. Some states have death sentences some do not. Is it right to have death sentences?

And a line of questioning can still be an accusation and through your line of questioning, you're making accusations and assumptions about the girl suing and the corruption of the legal system when it comes to some thot trying to get rich off a celebrity.

I get it, you don't like the appearance of the strong arm of the law coming down on the little guy in favor of some thot. But it's not nearly as easy as your line of questioning shows you believe it is. There are protections for guys too. Broner is in this situation primarily because of his own ******ity.

Those protections vary by state though. I agree that most of this is on Broner and could have been avoided if he would stop being an idiot.
