Shane Mosley is definently not gonna tear Floyd up at 147. I'm not saying for sure Floyd will win but he wouldn't get torn apart. Floyd has way better defense than Shane Mosley. Shane also gets wild in there. He can catch slow ass Vargas but Floyd will make him pay.Comment

I agree with everything you have just said.Simon was originally annouced a draw but the hometown crowd started acting crazy so they switched it to a Simon victory if I am not mistaken.....Originally posted by RunWithKnivesYeah.
Anyone in their right mind that watches the Vargas fight again....needs to admit they were wrong if they scored it for Vargas. Obviously.....people claim Wright "faded" in the last rounds.
I had Wright well ahead at the time the later rounds started. Seeing as how Vargas did clearly win the 10th round.....keep an eye on the 11th.
Oh and the Simon fight was an outright robbery, and I remember closing the video in disgust after the decision. That was another case of Hometown judges scoring in the local's favor.
Wright was also jobbed in my opinion, when he recieved a draw against Taylor.....whom he clearly beat 115-113Comment

Whats mayweather fighting at now? Isnt he up to jr middle weight. If he is he is realy in trouble because then he is in taylor and winky territory. Taylor and winky are allmost unbeatable. If he is at jr middle weight then i definantly cant put him #1Comment

He is at 147 and it would be a huge mistake for him to go any higher IMO.DLH leanred that when he went all the way to MW and in most peoples eyes lost both of his MW fights although he got a gift in the Sturm fight.Originally posted by ben41193Whats mayweather fighting at now? YES. At 147, he eats up Mosley. At 154, he beats all three.Originally posted by ben41193Do you think floyed mayweather could beat sugar shane mosly, de lahoya , or winky?
Mosley would've had a very good shot at beating PBF at 135 but Mosley moved up to 147 before Floyd was able to get there.
I'd pick PBF over everyone at 154 and below, including Wright, Margo, DLH, Ouma, Hatton, Cotto, Baldy, Vargas, and Vernon Forest.
Look, you just said you were 13 years old. You never saw how great those fighters PBF made look like chumps really were. Genaro Hernandez was the most feared man other than DLH below Welterweight. PBF TKO'd his ass in 8! Not only that, he made him quit the sport of boxing. Angel Manfredy was on a tear and had won 23 out of 24 straight fights (with one no contest) and had KO'd 18 of those fighters. He wasn't called "the Devil" for nothing, either. Most fighters were intimidated by him. Chico Corrales was one of the biggest fights at the time and he had a record of 33-0 with 28 KOs. NOBODY wanted to fight this guy. Floyd humiliated him. He also put JL Castillo on the undercard of that fight to set up a fight with him a year later. Jesus Chavez was tearing up the division at the time and his corner had to toss in the towel because Chavez was so badly outmatched that he hadn't won a single minute of the fight.
It's hard to appreciate Mayweather's gifts if you didn't see those fighters in previous fights. I thought JL Castillo would eat up Mayweather (I thought the same thing about Corrales and Hernandez) as did most of the press/analysts at the time. Mayweather was an underdog in all those fights and he made every single one of them look like a punk (except for the first JLC fight where I scored a draw).Comment

They will not be going down in weight.Winky can fight at 154 or 160 and maybe even 168 although I would not suggest it.Taylor will never fight below 160 IMO and will probably move up to 168 in the next year or two and will most definetely end his career at 175.Floyd should not go higher than 147 in my personal opinion.Hell he could'nt even hurt Zab Judah at WW so I don't see him doing much damage to a guy with an actual beard at 147.......unless he is a staionary tartget like Gatti was and I think they fought at 140 anyway.Originally posted by ben41193Oh so he is out of winky and jermaigns weight. Dude how could mayweather beat winky? Winkys bigger stronger. Not faster but not too much slower. His defense argualbly better than mayweathers. Mayweather has virtualy nothing in his favor for this fight.Comment
