Im just 13 i only got realy into boxing this past year. So i have seen alot of him at 130. And a few videos online. Plus 2-3 of his old fights on espn classic.

If he fought and beat some other p4p fighters id say he is number 1. If he beat oscar id deffinanltly move him up. If he beat mosly id crap myself out of shock, Then id probably be willing to say he is number one
