Yes, Tua KO'd Rahman the first time. He also KO'd 2X heavyweight champion John Ruiz, 3X heavyweight champion Michael Moorer, and 1X heavyweight champion Oleg Maskaev. He was a great fighter and there's no shame in Rahman getting stopped by him, nor does that change the impressive performance out of Rahman in the rematch.
