I don't see how speaking out would sabotage their careers, but I won't pretend to know the politics or everything going on in the Ukraine either. Personally I'm nuetral on the topic. I like both as fighters but am not Ukrainian so what they do or don't do doesn't have a personal effect on me.

Dont know why i need to spell out the obvious but if you take a politcal stance on a highly contentious issue such as this, then you are taking sides and potentially blacklisting yourself in the future as most of the big promoters are in Russia etc, not to mention putting a target on your own head and potentially being in a dangerous position for supporters of the opposition who are dangerous as they are passionate.

Russia and Ukraine isn't really a market even their domestic give a **** about. No sizable market in boxing gives a **** about their politics either.

It effects their personal lives not their careers. They can come to Us or UK, never go back, and be very successful regardless of their poltics

However, if he loses this election by both the popular vote and electoral college. Fair is fair and the people will have spoken.
