Boxing PPV vs last nights UFC

When was the last time boxing had a PPV as good as last night, every fight was evenly matched and top quality action.

The days of MMA dry humping each other for 15mins is long gone, the fight is back and forth. The talent pool is now there and it shows in the fights and the deep divisions.

I’m a long time boxing fan, but I’m sick of how boxing is ran, It has to fail so it can be saved.

You need to get a hold of this moderators.

    Seriously?

If people want to complain and be whiny b*tchboys, let them do it in the Mixed Martial Arts forum or? Create a new forum etc.

I am starting to get really annoyed by all of these threads.

Why do you people keep defending it, it’s the fans faults none of our champs fight each other. It annoys me to the point of not wanting to watch anymore, 4 or 5 champs at each weight, none of them fight each other, we end up playing the triangle game to work out which one is best( he beat him, but he beat him better etc) it’s rubbish man.

          Don't watch it then.

And I think boxing champions do fight each other, it is greatly exaggerated all of this 'They never face each other talk'.

The things people complain about in boxing 'Have always been'.

It has never ever been run like the way the UFC operates etc.

It's called being under payed, meaning there is way more money to go around to put "Top" guys on the same card.

Also the UFC is masterful at marketing, no matter the status of the fighter people watch. It can be a guy that is 16-10 vs someone that is 10-4, people still watch.

The marketing is so good they got people talking about a guy that is 13-0 in the UFC with only only 4 defenses of his title is a "GOAT" lmao, smh.

The topic of fighter pay is the biggest difference between boxing and mma.

Boxers have laws to protect them and can negotiate their purse and everything they want. The world of mma is run by one company that is a monopoly that bullies and hugely underpays fighters.

What does the average non-top ranked boxer make? I'm pretty sure I've seen a few boxers arrested for petty crimes.

The top ranked boxers make more than the top MMA guys but the lower middle and lower rated MMA and Boxers all make chump change.

Then you have guys like Jorge Masvidal who is a star for the UFC who would have been booted from boxing because his record would be considered a no go.

People are definitely getting carried away with that. He was great but hes walking away a few years short of putting together a legit GOAT contender resume, the depth of top quality wins just isnt there yet.
