As much as I wish Loma had won and as much as I agree with your point about Teo getting the upper hand primarily because of Loma's inactivity, Teo proved to be an excellent fighter. Even though I rate Loma higher wrt skillset than Lopez, when elite fighters collide, the difference in size, age, reach and weight + solid skills might be enough to tilt the scale, which is what happened here. Loma lost fairly. But I don't think he would lose the rematch, although I doubt Lopez will give it to him. This fight has some similarity to Klitschko - Fury fight.

Well again your opinion which is fine and your right but I think Loma proved in the later rounds that he can compete with fighters at 135!

Nothing wrong with a fighter pushing his limits and daring to be great, it should be applauded that Loma wanted this fight, so many fighters don’t fight their contemporaries cuz they don’t wanna push their limits!

I say with the ratings they did I’m sure ESPN/Disney wouldn’t mind a rematch especially with the later rounds being the most exciting moments of the fight which ironically was Loma’s best work on Lopez!

Many fighters lose and got rematches, that’s what’s boxing is all about!

Not sure what’s up with boxing fans today, back in the day, rematches were welcome whether a guy got destroyed or was competitive!

This sparring champion is not the brightest lol...he didn't do the things because if he did he would of gotten hit more..hence why he was scared engage till the 9th or 10th round...but it was too late homie..if he started from the 2nd or 3rd he would of gotten knocked out by the 5th round

Loma traded and pushed the fight in the 2nd half. Teo was not close to knocking Loma out. He was maybe buzzed for a couple of seconds in the last rd.

You act as if when Loma finally decided to get out of his shell and throw a punch that in those rounds lopez was completely out classed which he wasn’t. Lopez has his moments too! Just because Loma decided to fight you don’t automatic give him those rounds, they were still close and why should Loma be rewarded a rematch when he basically only fought half a fight? He fought scared in the first half and knew he had to punch lopez or else he would just lose 12-0... that’s the truth Loma was scared! No excuses and no rematch... lopez knocks him out in a rematch hands down... bub

He didn't push nothing, he tried more than he did in the first half but Teo was not in any problem troughout the fight. Don't forget that even tho loma did a bit more Teo got back at him straight away. I think people feel inclined to give loma more props than he deserves because of all the hype around him even tho his records stood 14-1 and now 14-2. Some had him even in the p4p converstation. The last round was def. the last coffin in the nail..Teo landed over 45 power shots to which loma had no answer.

I suggest you watch something before you try to make a point..all I see is lomachenko hitting gloves and shoulders while getting his head snapped back.
