He had the "stance" and "look" of every Loma opponents when they can't compute fast enough to know what's happening to them ... Sparse moments, but dominant ones... I think Loma won his rounds in better fashion than Lopez did... Not enough of them though...

But then you have to acknowledge that Lopez started readjusting to Loma and had taken over again by the 12th

Size matters. Lopez foight a good fight and his counterpunching style caused Loma problems. This was exaggerated by the size difference which meant that Loma had to really worry about what was coming back at him. Lopez on the other hand being the bigger, stronger, more powerful fighter didn't have to worry so much about Loma's powe. Lopez could therefore stay calm, not react to Loma's feints and time him or answer back with his own more powerful punches.

Lopez is a good fighter but if they were the same size the outcome might have been different and if Lopez fights guys naturally quite a lot bigger than him, he might look quite basic too. Some of the greatest fighters of all time have lost fights or looked bad in fights. Even the likes of Floyd, Pacquiao and RJJ had to be careful in their opponent selection when they were fighting guys bigger than them. Respect to both Loma and Lopez though.

People who say Loma waited for Teo to ''get tired'' before throwing a punch....wtf are they talking about ? Teo was not tired. It's just that the fight suddenly picked up it's pace. Maybe guys should agree on which rounds to fight in......just so the other guy isn't ''tired''

Everyone was expecting more from Loma wtf was his game plan? extremely disappointed in Loma you can’t cry robbery when you give away the first 7 rounds nobody to blame but Loma himself.

Correct mate. His punch output was low in the first half of the fight and the second half, a lot of toss up rounds. Lopez was the clear winner. No robbery whatsoever.

Loma seems to focus primarily on fancy footwork while still ending up squared up - respectively though to the right or left of his opponent, but unfortunately still 'squared up'....he's always very much in position to receive some brutal counter shots from someone strong & quick enough to stay in the pocket - especially against someone keeping the pressure up - like Lopez.

I never hated on Loma because he's worked very hard on his craft with some circus like training methods - all he needed was some tigers.. lol. So I was anticipating some type of mythical dominance during most of the fight.......But Lopez was the one who stepped up and IS a step up skilfully - to say the least....Lopezs angles with the Mayweather like shoulder roll had the 'squared up' Loma looking amateurish and uncertain for MOST of the fight!......BROOKLYN is in DA HOUSE while Loma is temporarily in the outhouse!! NO EXCUSES!

I blame Loma senior, he put gloves on Loma aged 4 then took him to dance school till the age of 13. What do you expect? He is going to be good with feet. Oh well!

EVERYBODY expected more from LomaSTANKo, instead he turned into Slavic Broner for the whole first half! Terrified to engage and turned into a punching bag for Lopez. If they were trying to tire a young fighter out for the later rounds, Loma and his dad thinks letting Lopez do light sparring on a punching bag will work? lmao either the ******est strategy or body shots made Loma rethink his career.

Great performance from Lopez. He hit hard enough and often enough in the first 6 to make loma hesitate.
But when loma turned it on in the late rounds I thought he stunned Lopez on a couple of occasions. 7-5 Lopez. Would love to see a rematch.

Teo hurt loma in the 12th but loma was sonnin that boy in rds 8-11 but too little too late he gave up too many rounds early on

He can’t be leaving things in the judges hands and hoping for a draw he isn’t exactly the biggest draw... pun not intended

If I was loma I’d bounce back by going after one of these other young guns if teo don’t wanna run it back

Loma wasn't a good sport after the fight when Lopez tried to hug him. Even after the result Lopez went up to him again and tried to give him a hug and Loma just stood there motionless without saying anything and quickly left the ring straight after.

When I saw that I realized that Loma has probably always been that way with Lopez/his father which is why they don't like him. They show him respect and all they get in return is a blank stare.

I wouldn’t wanna hug nobody runnin they mouth either
