Anyone think Usyk would own heavyweight?

I feel like his cardio and his work rate he would out box everyone in the division.

Is he really only 6'3? when he stands next to guys listed 6'4 he looks taller.

If Fury didn't exist, I think Usyk would be my dark horse contender to unify.

I'm also really high now on Coffie.

That's why to me it's the fight at HW, Fury vs Usyk is the HW version of Lomachenko/Rigondeaux, Floyd/JMM, Floyd/ODLH, Ward/Kovalev, RJJ/Toney.

A high IQ chess match between near complete fighters. A purists dream.

Nope, I expect Usyk to do about as well as the majority LHW/CW step ups. Gotta prove it.

I have a feeling his HW run is going to be extremely underwhelming tbh. Doesnt help that hes essentially wasted the last 2 years .

          Nope

Big fan but he’s already 34 and becoming injury prone. 34 isn’t old for a heavyweight but he’s a cruiserweight moving up. A cruiser moving up, injury prone and older than the current champs Is not ideal.

Don’t get me wrong I could see him beating good fighters and he’ll be competitive with anybody. I could see how he beats AJ.

He isn’t ruling the division with Fury in it.

AJ Fury and Hrgovic are the real roadblocks.

Beyond those 3 he has a shot against anyone .

I don't see him making much of a dent in the HW division. He wasn't KOing top LHWs when he left and his power won't translate stepping up. On top of that, he's fast, but not Chris Byrd fast, so I don't see him being the defensive/jab wizard of the heavies.

Chisora is a decent test for getting his toes wet, let's see what he does.

Yea but Chisora is at least durable and has a bit of HW experience. If he can't look impressive against a slow plodding opponent, he won't have a future at this weight.

I saw his first fight at heavyweight and was not impressed. I think the top 3 or 4 heavyweights beat him. He might beat lesser heavyweights. I will see how he looks in his next fight.
