    yes,

floyd has a huge reach advantage and loma likes to box on the outside, tries to use his speed and reflexes to stay in and out of range but floyd is too fast

floyd has never been outboxed, he did lose some rounds to a good jab but always adjusted in those cases. His closes fights were castillo and maidana 1 and Loma doesnt have that pressure type style.

How young of a Mayweather are we talking? It would certainly be a great bout. Mayweather might be a bit green but his youth and skill could certainly help him to win against a Loma who is starting to age. This fight could go either way if you ask me. If you could make this fight 10 times and trust the judges not to screw anybody then I think they split the matches 5-5 or maybe 6-4

The question is Would you pick Floyd when he was Pretty Boy Floyd vs Lomachenko not when he became Money which to me he was more skilled than he was at 130 135. Thats like comparing the 152 Pound Canelo to the Canelo today big difference. I think you're eyeing the fight as the accomplished Maywether vs Lomachenko not the 130 135 Floyd
        This is exactly the truth.

People imagine some mega Floyd pumped full of his entire careers experience downloaded into his 130lb self.

        That's not true.

Its also not true that Loma at 135 is the same fighter as he was at 130. Loma is on record saying that his training has changed for each division hes fought. 126 more speed. 135 more power.

If it was on neutral grounds I'd pick Loma to win by UD. I just think he brings a lot to the table and a lot of guys Floyd fought didnt.

Oh yeah, sure Floyd is a master adapter and he has the reach but thats not how he fought at 130-135 and imo his run wasn't overly impressive. People say "pretty boy" was power in both hands but his record doesn't back that up. If Floyd at 130-135 had so much power in his hands Loma looks like a KO artist in comparison.

If this was real life and Lomachenko and Floyd existed in the same division at the same time Floyd would NEVER fought Lomachenko.

Floyd had a very good habit of making excuses and avoiding the fight when the time was right.

        "Loma isn't a draw."
        "Loma is a nobody"
"He can fight me a 140"

Really tough pic, but put a gun to my head, I'd say Floyd.

He always finds a way to win.

no, honestly no. look at what he did to rigo, another master boxer. the way he dismantled him was incredible and i don't think it had anything to do with size or weight, it would've been the same outcome at any class

I'd pick 135 Floyd over Loma. He's bigger, longer reach, Solid Ring IQ, speed, still good enough power at that weight. That's not to say Floyd would win this easy but I think it's a super tactical fight that quite honestly won't make for the best overall style match up.

              Floyd 116-112

                  Floyd by stoppage!

That version of Floyd was the near perfect fighter!

                    yes, by stoppage floyd is

bigger, faster, more power, longer reach, better defense..Loma has no advantages..anything he does Floyd does better
