in the early rounds, whyte had his guard up every time povetkin went for him, he just countered with stiff jabs/bodypunches until pov slowed down significantly enough for whyte to drop him twice..and in the process get careless.

in the rematch whyte needs to revert back to what he was doing in the early rounds...simple.
he should not have gone looking for a highlight reel ko himself.

whyte was beaten and humiliated last time. it might happen like that again.

It wasn't going to plan obviously.
He was eating jabs from White, and of course he didn't see the punches causing the knockdowns.
        That is actually NOT true.

In between the rounds, they asked him if he was okay, he said, yes. He then stated that the opening did not open up yet.

I do think he needs to focus more on not trading or getting hit and boxing before looking for that uppercut one more time.

Whyte was methodically handing Povetkin a whipping. The problem is, he forgot who he was in there with and got comfortable, thinking Alexander was done when he wasn't. If he had paid attention to the way Povetkin handled himself after the knockdowns, he would have noticed that he wasn't hurt. Dillian's corner should have seen this also. It was amateurish and premature to relax when the opponent was still alert and fresh. Hopefully, the lesson has been learned.

Countdown to the end of whyte’s embarrassing career. Despite bribes and payoffs to every British regulatory outfit and every working judge in the UK, he still sub Charles Martin

I really hope Povetkin gets it done again. Whyte is incredibly overrated and just has this annoying unwelcome third wheel vibe to him where they try to interject him into Fury and AJ business even though nobody really wants him involved.

There are multiple reference on news sites and I am Russian speaking, so I am able to
understand what the Povetkin corner was saying.
