UFC flyweights would absolutely wreck him weight difference or not, he wouldnt get out of the first round. Can you seriously imagine him trying to fight someone like Cejudo or Demetrious Johnson? Cejudo is an olympic gold medallist wrestler for ****s sake, he'd be on his back within 20 seconds.

In an MMA fight the boxer still has elite punching that is much harder than MMA guys, in a boxing match the MMA guy does not have elite punching and footwork meaning he has nothing.

In an MMA fight the boxer has literally zero defence against kicks, takedowns or the ground game, 75% of the stuff in an MMA fighters skillset is stuff boxers have never trained. In a boxing match the MMA fighter has thousands of hours of boxing training already, some of the better MMA boxers would be half decent pros if they made the switch.

Remember when Khabib proposed a fight with Floyd where if he survived 11 rounds of boxing he'd get one round of MMA? that illustrates the point, everyone knows if you can get a guy like Floyd to fight under MMA rules for one single round hes completely ****ed. Thats why he never compromises on the rules, wont fight MMA rules, wont even fight kickboxing rules (even against the much smaller Tenshin), wont even straight up box with the only change being MMA gloves.
