Does anyone know how many PPV buys the Charlo's card did? I heard it bombed and did somewhere around 75k, IDK if there's truth to that but it wouldn't surprise me.

No, Fite likely bought the UK rights. For whatever reason Sky and BT passed on that fight.

They are damaging the standard of the sport by milking every last penny out of it.

We used have world class fighters like Froch, Frampton, Burns etc fighting on prime time tv. Now we have fighters like Dereck Chisora with 9 losses and guys like Dillian Whyte who has never fought for a European title fighting on PPV.

It’s substandard, low-quality product that is being falsely sold as a premium product, fans are being scammed and the legitimacy of quality boxing has been damaged in this country beyond repute. Anyone with a shred of intelligence can see that.

His PPV and attendance numbers are not close to Joshuas so far. The gap is closing though.

But if Fury WAS the biggest star, would it be a good thing for British boxing that the biggest UK boxing star ****s off for three years after winning the belts, then when he comes back goes over to Arum and only fights in America?

His last fight with Wilder broke all kind of gate records.

Besides hitting the canvas four times, AJ still hasn’t made any impact in the US market.

Genuine question bro, when did you start following boxing?

So the UK will charge 10.00 for each ppv fight which is 3 fights so we’re at 30.00 euros which is like say 40 dollars... yet ESPN will charge about 80 for one ppv fight 😂

Would Dereck Chisora or Dillian Whyte even headline regular ESPN?

There’s a HUGE, HUGE, HUGE gap in quality.
