Whenever Bob launches into a tirade like this it's over something he himself has either done in the past or would do in the future if he thought he could get away with it.

Genuine question bro, when did you start following boxing?
      In the 90s, why?

Fury is a bigger star in the US but I thought we were talking solely about the UK market? is it good for British boxing to have Fury fighting Otto Wallin in America in the early hours of the morning?

We used have world class fighters like Froch, Frampton, Burns etc fighting on prime time tv. Now we have fighters like Dereck Chisora with 9 losses and guys like Dillian Whyte who has never fought for a European title fighting on PPV.

It’s substandard, low-quality product that is being falsely sold as a premium product, fans are being scammed and the legitimacy of quality boxing has been damaged in this country beyond repute. Anyone with a shred of intelligence can see that.

I agree with you somewhat, Matchroom have put some weak crap on PPV in the past, no doubt about that. But they have also generated record breaking business for the sport. If Matchroom wasnt around and it was just Frank and MTK right now would boxings profile be better? (I also think Frank would probably go to PPV more if he felt he could, he isnt keeping stuff off PPV out of the kindness of his heart)

There’s a HUGE, HUGE, HUGE gap in quality.
No, but still, give me 8 ppv for same price of 1

On the contrary, Arum specifically said Hearn had no choice but to go ppv if, unlike ESPN who finance Arum's fights, Skysports was unwilling to put up sufficient money

Bobs on the money here ,Sky have been putting sub level mostly in house fights on PPV for ages .When they turn their noses up at one of the fights of the year Lomochenko v Lopez an absolute barnstormer says it all. I oft Sky two years ago after many, many years and not likely to return Adam Smith!

The problem is that they put those fights on PPV and people buy them

If not many people were buying those level of fights then they would put it back on regular Sky

The other main problem (and I don't know this for a fact but it's a very well educated guess) is that most of sky sports budget goes on Premier league football

Sky made a lowball offer, Bob wanted it on Sky ppv in the UK. the problem is its 4am in the morning and loma isn't a draw ppv wise, apparently the Campbell Loma numbers weren't great.

Its a shame but Loma isn't as big a draw as he should be and 4am went you can just go to sleep wake up and watch it on youtube is a hard sell.

I’d much rather pay £10 for Loma vs Lopez than £20 for Derek Chisora.

Derek Chisora, on PPV, that’s just a sad joke on every level.

Cut the BS Bob, this is all about BOB and BOB not getting what BOB wants in the UK

No but I get it, it sucks for the fans more than anything, they're the ones going to miss on on great fights but then will be asked to pay for Usyk vs Chisora instead but for some reason you have those fans who Defend such BS which is why Eddie will continue to do it Eddie knows he has some of them eating out of his damn Hands
