Mayweather Blasts Margarito, Spinks

I'm sure Floyd was willing to fight Spinks, but apparently fans didn't wanna see that fight since they thought Floyd would easily beat Spinks.

Mayweather tells the paper: "To be pound-for-pound, to be mentioned in the same breath as Sugar Ray Robinson and Sugar Ray Leonard, you have to have done great things in boxing. For him (Margarito) , he held a title at 147, then went to 154, failed, came back down, fought a couple cab drivers, and now he's in line to fight Floyd Mayweather? It doesn't work that way."

Mayweather added: "That's what makes me the champion I am. That's why they're going to say Floyd Mayweather was the best fighter ever. I'm a risk-taker."

You don't sound like a hater at all. LOL. The Winky fight will never happen because.... get ready.... of Winky. Nobody pays to see Winky fight. That is why Arum said Floyd would get $8 Mil for Margarito and Winky would only get $4 mil. That is why Winky turned down the Margarito fight at first. Winky will never take less than Floyd, but in reality he's not the guy people pay to see.

It is a bigger fight with Baldy right now because a possible fight with Hatton is more likely at 147, not 154...also, if Tszyu comes back, don't you think Floyd is going to want to jump on that? The best fighter of our generation is Oscar De La Hoya. He has crossed the lines of boxing fans and is a household name. The only few boxers in recent to have done that are Mike Tyson, Sugar Ray Leonard and Muhammad Ali and to some degree George Foreman with his grill lol.

Fraud will NEVER attain that type of household recognition like the aforementioned LEGENDS!
