Comments Thread For: Whyte: Wilder an Idiot, Made Worst Mistake Ever By Dumping Breland

Dillian Whyte has taken aim at former WBC heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder for his recent training change. As BoxingScene.com first reported last week, Wilder parted ways with longtime co-trainer and former champion Mark Breland.

The hypocrisy is obvious, but the truth was revealed! I have to agree with Whyte on this one! They're might not be a trilogy without Marc Breland!

I’m going to agree with Whyte here. Also, Breland and or no other trainer could have overcome the physical disadvantage that Wilder face that night. Along with the good punching from Fury, he had even better wrestling and headlocks. No trainer can prepare you for that. Wilder needed to take care of that himself by fighting dirty right back. I also agree with the stoppage by Breland.

Whyte is just talking about himself, his whole team had nothing to do with boxing until after Whyte signed with Matchroom. When his career is done they be back doing nothing.

Totally disagree. While Wilder shouldn’t hold any grudge against Breland for stopping the fight, the plain fact is that Wilder isn’t improving at all.

I see no problem at all getting rid of Mark Breland, but HOW the hell do you stick with gym teacher Jay Deas still?!?
