Based on what I just read, a mature woman who invited an athlete, into her cabin, whom she MUST have known would be, because of high testosterone, looking for sex, and the fact that she was in his company showed she was a "groupie". Which court criminal or civil? He plead guilty in criminal court so there was no case. Civil court he settled before all the gory details could be heard. Therefore nothing in court was actually shared.

You are correct it’s a very horrid subject. To that we agree. However there’s never ever a circumstance where a man should ever lift a finger at a woman other than self defense. Even then there are ways to easily subdue and unruly woman without putting her in a hospital. Otherwise walk away.
