Probably nothing. In fact he might be a bit better. He had very few pro fights and now he has experience in the ring against two of the best. He is a tough guy and had lots of time to recover after both fights. I doubt a game tough fighter who is so dedicated and trains so hard would be hurt by two hard fights but it is possible. We will find out soon. Jermall is always a hard dangerous fight for anyone.

Canelo sued his manager, promoter and network to DUCK Golovkin. No one in history has ever gone to such great lengths to avoid another fighter, ever. Canelo is matched well and ONLY P4P because Oscar did the matching and Oscar owns Ring Mag. Those are the facts, everything else is BS.

This Is exactly what I said in a other comment . all it takes is one or two wars and your career and even your life can be damaged permanently. These fighters don't get enough respect . everyone chitting on them no matter what they do .

I think the bigger issue is Derevy seems to fight to the level of his opposition usually. He probably did better vs GGG than he did vs Culcay. Charlo will have a chance vs anyone at or around 160; this fight with Derevy will tell us if it is more than a puncher's chance.

I say Derevy wins on my card about 8-4 but Charlo wins on the judges' cards about 7-5.

After a battle like Derevyanchenko had with Golovkin, it’s when a near year layoff really helps. I think he’s fine. All the credit to whoever wins.
