Beterbiev had all kinds of problems vs Alexander Johnson (a southpaw journeyman who took it on short notice) and was getting hit a ton.

    Just throwing that out there.

      Triangle theories don't work.
And what are we basing this solid chin on? Him getting put on his butt by light hitting Jeff Page & Callum Johnson? My memory fails me but I am sure some other journeyman had him down also or certainly shook him up also.

Styles make fights. I don't see adonis beating beterbiev. Just because he had issues in those fights that you mentioned doesn't mean he is going to have issues with adonis. Like I've said, he is not some come forward fighter. He has a better boxing IQ than people give him credit for. Yes, he has a solid chin and he is just a tough dude physically. He has been dropped, yes, but he was never out on his feet and showed great recovery.

              Do you really though?

The Stevenson of 2014 would beat the Beterbiev of 2019.

But the Stevenson of 2018 would lose. Stevenson was already past his prime at that point.
