I truly believe Adonis Stevenson would have brutally stopped Beterbiev. A come-forward fighter with leaky defense is tailor made for a hard-hitting counter-puncher like Stevenson. Beterbiev would walk into left hands all night, going down at least once, until the ref mercifully stops it.
Hot take: Stevenson would have stopped Beterbiev.

He would have been obliterated
There's a reason why he wanted nothing to do with Kovalev -
just no, stop it, stevenson was old when he became champion an even older when beterbiev appeared in the LHW scene. he would've been massacred by beterbiev.Comment

It’s definitely possible although I’d still put my money on Beterbiev. If he walked into a straight left he certainly no about it.
In my opinion Bivol is the top guy at LHW. I would expect him to outbox Beterbiev to a wide UDComment

I was a big Superman fan but Beterbiev is more complete and probably stops him late or wins a UD.Comment

While not impossible, can’t realistically see it happening that way. Much more likely Beterbiev KOs Stevenson than the other way around.I truly believe Adonis Stevenson would have brutally stopped Beterbiev.
