Lubin isn't ready for that title shot. The problem he has is is his chin so he might never be.

Oh no; Not another gatekeeper. He has nearly thirty fights under his belt. He needs to fight a contender next.

Lubin has clear limitations to his game but i like his attitude, even though he got hurt he still closed the show strong risking getting caught again and losing the fight he mostly had in the bag but he felt the need he has to make a statement late which i appreciate.

With that being said, i don't really see him achieve anything special at the top level of the division as long as the division is as good and competitive as it is now. His chin, poor head positioning on the inside and inability to fight backwards and on the ropes are always going to cost him and all the top guys will find a way to exploit these weaknesses. Still wish him the best and hopefully he can prove me wrong.

I literally fell asleep during this fight! I hope Texieira vs. Castano is much better! Where's J-Rock? Where's Harrison? Lara vs. Madrimov! Make It Happen!

Boots? He never even beat the gatekeeper. S. Vargas would be a step up.

I dunno...Lubin won...but he was really hurt in that late round. It wasn't like Gausha caught him, and he shook it off? It was looking shakey there for a good 15 seconds. Thing was, it was the FIRST time Gausha caught him with anything. That's not gonna fly against Jermell in the rematch.

He's gotta hope that Rosario wins Saturday, and face him instead. I just see...the same result, if he goes for Jermell again...

i know teixeira shouldn't be overlooked, but imo i think that fight will look a lot like castaņo-vitu, if you haven't seen that one, watch it to have an idea of what to expect.
