Why is there such division between Pac and Floyd fans? I happen to like both fighters. They are a gift to boxing. If you are a fan of one you cant be a fan of the other? Is that how that's supposed to work?

No, they both had great careers, but hard to say top 10, probably top 20 or so, maybe.
Ali, Duran, Robinson, Louis and Leonard rank higher for sure.
Just so many great fighters throughout all the years, with no catchweights or special gloves, not to mention old school fighters fought everyone and more often.

The better question would be who's a better boxer in terms of skills so that our ultimate boxer TBE (not The Best Ever) would win landslide...

correct, but i think it is hard to compare both fighters when they have different fighting style. that's why it goes down to their records. unless they are both chicken runner, defensive or brawler or etc. that's why pac shines. he fight explosively compare to the one who's just running and hugging.

How could they not both go down as atgs? They basically fought every one and anyone and their fight was 50/50 stalemate and extremely competitive. You can give the edge to either, but you can't deny that both are great!
