    Floyd top 25

    manny top 30

They share many opponents. Floyd beat fresher versions

manny destroyed some of these guys and has MAB and Morales

But Floyd set himself apart by winning all of his fights and easily beating manny

I'm gonna say that yes both belong in the top 10 ATG but with a disclaimer: I might be subject to recency bias, meaning I don't know much at all about boxers that lived before my time. A real boxing historian could probably lay out 10 or more cases of boxers better than Manny and Floyd but since you're asking me, my opinion is yes they both make the top 10

Why is there such division between Pac and Floyd fans? I happen to like both fighters. They are a gift to boxing. If you are a fan of one you cant be a fan of the other? Is that how that's supposed to work?

Probably because theyre the two best of this era and huge rivals. It’d be like liking the Celtics and Lakers.

Yeah but I see a lot of folks that are a fan of one trashing the other. That makes little sense to me. Clearly both are living legends no matter which one you prefer

New fans might rate them that high but boxing historians would not rate them that high or even in the top 20. They would both make top 50 for sure but neither would make top 10 by any recognized boxing expert. If you want to know 10 or more boxers who are generally ranked higher then do some research and find out. It is all just opinion anyway and cannot be proven. If you think they are the two best boxers who ever lived then place them there and nobody can prove you wrong.
