Ward took 4 years off which really annoys me, I used to like him and got tired of his BS. Ward threw away so many opportunities.

Wlad if he was fighting bums its because that was what was available at heavyweight. He still fought AJ and Fury in his 40s or around there. If he was a few years older he could have fought Lewis, he never ducked that fight but the timing didnt quite line up, it was probably close to being made, vitali was a late fill in for i think kirk johnson. If lennox beat kirk instead and fought on maybe wlad would have happened.

Ward won the super 6 which is great then he just prices himself out signs with j price and jay z and fight bums for 4 years. Finally fights someone good again with Kovalev and both those fights are tainted, first one is very close, second he wins by a literal 5 punch combination to the balls, kovalev thought the ref is going to give him a recovery period, you know the standard 5 minutes but no the ref waives it off, well done, the first KO by ball punch that i can think of.

If there is no debate why did Wlad win this poll by a mile.? 3 out of every 4 voters or 75% think Wlad was better. There is a debate and Wlad won this time.

Wlad was knocked out a few times before Steward trained him and made him much better. From that point on he had a great run as heavyweight champion and was champion for many years and many defenses most of them won by KO. Ward was champion at a time when 168 was pretty weak and he only made a few defenses, Ward's run as champion comes up way short of Wlad's run as champion. Wlad had more KOs than Ward had total fights. When both men were at their best Wlad was harder to beat than Ward was in my opinion. I thought Kovalev beat Ward in their first fight.

S.O.G had like 9 title defenses.

Dr Steelhammer has 19 title defenses

            Dr Steelhammer > S.O.G

wasnt really that close, ward had nothing in that fight. even his cheating tactics came up far short

Ward's first "win" over Kovalev was tainted, the result of the second fight was the most disgraceful cheating bullshit I've ever seen in a world title fight.

                    - -U unofficially the dumberest.

We don't need to see a sliding scale comparison to know that.

Son of Wart is the wartiest I'll grant U.
