DAZN and Golden Balls may try to use a defence that involves Force Majeure, or "act of god" because of the pandemic. Businesses all over the world have been unable to complete or comply with contracts already made because of the Restrictions in force due to the pandemic.

It will be interesting to see how it eventuates. It'll be years anyhow.
