Why should/would he get a shot at Crawford? Crawford is the WBO champ. Manny is the WBA champ. Why do you Spence fans keep throwing down obstacles/diversions in the way of a Crawford-Spence fight? I see nothing special about Ugas. I think he should fight someone like Lipinets or Josesito Lopez next.

We need to stop considering the “regular champ” as a legit world champion when there is a super champ. Only when there isn’t a super champ should the regular champ be acknowledged.

When there is no Super champ, there is no Regular champ either. There's simply the WBA Champion. The Regular championship only comes into play when a WBA Champion is elevated to Super.

You do understand Spence has a IBF mandatory he has to fight or get stripped. If you think the IBF wont strip him when they stripped Alvarez then you are in denial. What's Bud supposed to do until then sit on the shelf? I'm sure he would be more than happy to KO Ugas for that "Regular" belt and force a situation where the "Super" champ(Pac) has to fight him. Did you know Daniel Jacobs used the regular belt to make the WBA force Golovkin their super champ to fight him?

He deserved the W against Porter and he took the 0 from both Omar Figueroa Jr and Jamal James.

He deserves a fight against one of the other elites. Pacquiao, Crawford, Spence, Garcia, Thurman, or a Porter rematch. He's a class above Josesito or Lipinets.
