I'm not sure if it's pride, the managers acting like divas or what but it seems like everything has been a sticking point in negotiations for this fight.
Higgins comes off as delusional and difficult in most instances but I think he may have met his match with Fa's manager Mark Keddell. Last week Keddell said the money was settled and the only potential sticking point left would be the sanctioning body for the fight. Fa's team wanted it to be Boxing New Zealand (as opposed to the WBO I would imagine).
Now the it's the selection of gloves, both fighters should be able to decide their own gloves. Keddell trying to force Fa's choice of gloves on Parker sounds like they want to win every sticking point for pride and/or they don't really want the fight.
