Nor Baldomir or Floyd are proven at 147. Baldomir is not proven in the sense that he hasn't beat the best 147 lber yet....or someone near it.

Simply because Judah held the Welterweight title....didin't mean he was the best welterweight. Far from it.

The winner of this fight, should fight Antonio Margarito for the Welterweight Championship.

Tony is perhaps the best welterweight next to Floyd....yet all three of them are Unproven.

Floyd has a good chin, great defense and very good footwork.
Baldy isnt a huge puncher.
Floyd will be fine.

i think ur just underestimating Baldy.

This is a very "historic" fight if u will. a fight all boxing fans should buy. If baldy wins u will have witnessed one of the greatest under-dog stories of all time, and if mayweather wins u will witness the end of one.

I think it'll be a great fight for a bunch of reasons.

Mayweather isnt gonna want to lose to this "bum", so if things arent goin his way he will duke it out.

If Baldy is losing, he will lose his title, and all the fame and publicity (that would surely be great for boxing) that would come with beating the p4p best. if things arent goin his way, HE will duke it out.

Now i dont necesarily think that this fight WILL be FOTY, but i think its possible that it could turn out to be that type of fight if baldy wins the early rounds, forcing mayweather to give it his all.

This is boxing people. anything can happen
