    Mayweather-Baldomir FOTY? Are they joking?

People saying this has the potential to be the fight of the year are absolutely ******ed. There is no way this will be a good fight for even 2 rounds. This is one of the most one-sided matches you can make on paper. No way in hell would I pay to watch this.

in his defense, this is for the real Welterweight Championship of the world. He already beat Judah, the last man to hold it, so if he beats Baldomir, he is the man at Welterweight. It's the right thing to do, it's just a pathetic match. It's all Judah's fault though for losing to Baldomir, lol.

Its not like he made a decision.
Floyd made adjustments that neutralized Judah's offense.

i think ur just underestimating Baldy.

This is a very "historic" fight if u will. a fight all boxing fans should buy. If baldy wins u will have witnessed one of the greatest under-dog stories of all time, and if mayweather wins u will witness the end of one.

I think it'll be a great fight for a bunch of reasons.

Mayweather isnt gonna want to lose to this "bum", so if things arent goin his way he will duke it out.

If Baldy is losing, he will lose his title, and all the fame and publicity (that would surely be great for boxing) that would come with beating the p4p best. if things arent goin his way, HE will duke it out.

Now i dont necesarily think that this fight WILL be FOTY, but i think its possible that it could turn out to be that type of fight if baldy wins the early rounds, forcing mayweather to give it his all.

This is boxing people. anything can happen

judah stopped throwin powerful jabs, went pack to that pokey jab
hes used so often. floyds job was made alot easier by jabs reluctance
to throw, his corner got very animated, yet he just plodded on.

Yeah it is right for the reasons you say.....but I actually think this will be a good fight.I mean clearly PBF has the advantage in every category except maybe heart and Baldy has a hell of a chin it appears as well.He may get beaten senseless round after round but I don't see PBF stopping him or hurting him bad like they both did Gatti......we will see.
