    But better

Floyd fought the better versions of their common opponents most of the time

He lacks charisma, the "X factor." He also seems content to dance to the tune of Bob Arum's fiddle. You have to dare to be Great. Seems Bud is happy making a career from fighting whoever Top Rank put in front of him. His wallet won't complain either way.

Both guys are in the same boat but only one guy refers to himself as TBE

Also consider that Mayweather is a legit sized welterweight and Pac is not. Im not a fan of catchweights

Pac also didn't threaten to retire multiple times to avoid stiff competition. He also fought Margarito.

He also never had Vegas as home turf and himself has been blatently robbed more than once.

Just like Canelo, people appreciate the skill but these dudes always have to play these ****ing games. Its pretty annoying when people celebrate that fact.

Unlike Mayweather and most recently Broner, Crawford isn't interested in playing the role of "villainous coon" for financial gain. He has said this on more than one interview.

In terms of popularity he'll probably never be. But in terms of skill who's to say he's not. The man himself said "he reminds me of myself."

With that said Crawford hypothetically would be the most skilled opponent Floyd had fought.

Sure, he gets paid well enough by Top Rank to be patient. If your minimum purses at Welterweight averaged out to 4 million dollars a fight would you be upset?

Yep Mayweather is an alpha male who had to become the boss

Crawford is happy to take orders like manny and Timmeh

Not everyone is clever inside AND outside of the ring

                  You think so?

Floyd also fought manny Marquez Alvarez ODLH. They all proved their skills against harder competition than Crawford has had

Based off what Crawford has proven I currently put him at the Miguel Cotto level. A very good fighter who shy of great

But Miguel dared to be great

If Mayweather now comes from retirement, I still see him giving competitive fights to all top 147 guys.

he probably loses to Crawford and Spence.
