What will be said if Lopez actually catches Lomo and beats him? Will he be given credit or will it be a fluke and Lomo still be held in regards to some of the greats? I ain't putting money on the fight but I see it as a possibility Lopez can win this fight.

Disagree with this post. Lopez is no where near as one dimensional as Broner.

Come October Lopez will be the next boxing star after knocking out Lomochenko

look if lopez wins how can anyone not give him credit? its hard seeing it happening because loma is so good! and it ain't like loma has an amir khan level chin. I give credit to lopez for even calling out loma following through taking the fight and putting his undefeated record on the line.

I agree as a young gun in the sport Lopez is taking on the toughest challenge he can right now. There may be harder fights due to style and other variables but Lomo is the man to beat and I for some reason wanna think Lopez can do it.

Because he's stepping up so far in think we forget how young Teo is. He has lots of room for improvement but I wouldn't label him Broner just yet.

Lopez is too strong and powerful/fast for one not to give him a chance to win. Lomachenko is, or should be, tailor made for him. It will get much worse for the 5’6/7 Lopez at 140 with the current crop, let alone 147.

There is nothing special about this kid that I see at least. He's just another run-of-the-mill catch & shoot counter-puncher just looking to counter with the right hand which has very little variety.

He's the least talented of the up and comers by far only he's managed to talk his way into an ass whooping.

I just cannot get excited for this fight. In my opinion he got a real gut check vs Nakatami who frankly isn't that good so upped his trash talk game in hope of cashing out. I really do just feel he'll get a beating and fall off the map ala Walters
