Do you consider Pacquiao a 1 punch KO artist?

Or just naturally heavy handed but not a 1 punch KO. Pacquiao had a 90% KO ratio since 1997 post KO loss to Singasurat to his last TKO in 2009.

Pacquiao has 1 punch Ko power. You just don’t Ko his level of opposition with 1 punch. Guys with a lot of 1 punch ko’s on their record usually just have a resume filled with bums or hasbeens.

He can ko glass Jaws like Ricky Hatton with a single shot.

Most top level guys no he was more accumulation damage. Although a snappy, damaging puncher I think fighting bigger guys they had enough bulk to absorb more.

Not really a one punch KO concussive kind of puncher but his speed and explosiveness means he does serous damage when he lands.

        Definitely a very hard puncher.

He has one punch ko power. But what makes him great is he wants to break you down.
Povetkin was being outboxed before koing whyte. Pac is still outboxing the youngsters and winning decisions.
So doesn't rely on one punch ko

In the lower weight class he did. Now he’s just a stinging, speedy puncher who catches you with shots you don’t see

It depends. When he is fighting people closer to his natural size he is a very dangerous puncher. Against people bigger than him he is a good puncher but not a one shot type of dude.

Speed and movement give as much to knockouts as straight power.

Pacquiao still has the ability to hit you with a punch you don't see coming.

Your math is way off. Pac does not have a 90% KO ratio since 1997. Not even close to that. Go to boxrec and check it if you don't believe it. There is no such thing as a one punch KO artists. Some big punchers can end a fight with one blow but usually don't. Tyson, Foreman, Wilder etc all usually take more than one punch to end their fights. Pac is a little guy at welterweight and could fight at 135 if he wanted to. He is a good puncher at welterweight but he usually wins on points not by KO. Pac at the lower weights certainly hit hard enough to end a fight with one punch if he landed it right. The left he hit Hatton with damn near knocked Hatton's head off and knocked him out cold.
