I think he makes 168 easy given hes never missed wei GB t and always comes in 167. If you know about cutting weight it is impossible without a gym or a sauna. He also said multiple times his diet wasn't right for this fight

Lack of discipline... On fight night he had flab around his waist, and floppy t1ts. I imagine this pandemic and all the uncertainty that comes along with it could definitely be a factor, but David didn’t look to me like he was really trying to make the weight.

And the ******* issue. This sort of behavior may be expected from a gatekeeper but from a champ, more is expected. When your last fight was almost a year ago and yet you still cannot make weight for the belt you are representing...............You are still young which is great and you can come back again which is great so let us hope you do and let up hope when Canelo has your belt you seek to reclaim it and we fans of the sport get a great fight.
Some of the best champs have been alcohol and drug abusers. Whitaker, Chavez, Pryor, Tyson, etc. They were still men and great fighters but they grew up in tough environments. Go watch some college ice hockey, these are boxers we are talking about.

Hmmm we shall see. The gyms were shut down for months this year so I guess that's not too bad of an excuse. He was also coming off a year layoff.

If he struggles again then there's no doubt he's outgrown the division.

Come on now....lack of sauna, gym, covid blah blah blah...all I'm hearing is excuses. The guy was a little flabby in the mid section so dont come at us with the excuses. Millions of people, including myself, have lost weight in this pandemic because we have nothing else to do but to ****in exercise,AT HOME!! So dont give me the lack of so and so hindered your training cause that's bullshiet, lack of discipline more like it. If your cutting more than 40 goddamn lbs then it's time to move up ffs!

Haha while you're cleaning up that diet and searching for that elusive sauna, maybe you'll also find the BALLS to fight Caleb Plant.

You talked all that **** for years and ducked him like a stone cold b-@#h. You may have these idots in the comments fooled, but Those who are really in the know know you're a pu$$y a$$ duck just like most of these "fighters".

                    CLOWN.

That might be the case. He most likely will have to fight an eliminator if he can even make weight, but will whomever wins it fight him? Hopefully one of the big names gets it & is forced to fight Benavidez for it. Unless he is a mandatory or a champion, everybody(except maybe Plant on a personal level) will most likely avoid him.
