Fourth is Hrgovic, the owner of the WBC International


And the WBA

Joshua is the highest level champion with the Super WBA title

Charr being the WBA Regular champion is second

The WBA interim in this case comes in third, Trevor

Last would be Helenius and his WBA Gold.

Guess no one cared enough to take his title away. Ha, better still he had it stripped for doping and was then re-instated through a technicality (he wasn't informed of the time and date of the B sample testing so it was inadmissible). Couldn't make it up, man.
