  • Fury had no problem fighting Schwarz and Wallin, so he shouldn`t say he has no business fighting Whyte. Whyte would be the third best fighter Fury has ever fought.

      Wrong.

Chisora is better than Whyte, and his 3rd best win is two division world champion USS Cunningham.

GTFO with such nonsense - in what two divisions did Cunningham win a title? He was nothing more than an ex-cruiserweight titleholder who had 3 losses in his past 4 fights going into that fight with Fury, and he still put Fury down in the 2nd round despite the ridiculous size disparity.

And how can Chisora be better than Whyte when he lost both fights to him, the second in which he was rendered unconscious for what felt like an eternity?

Next time think before you post such nonsense.

You've heard the term "throw enough shyt and some will stick".. I believe this is all it is. How many stories, rumours or whatever have we heard during Covid? How many have come true? Suli talks outta his arse and contradicts himself in every interview.. promoters need to stay relevent and likewise boxers..

Had it be the IBF I would say a Mando could be near on certain and would agree with most of you about Whyte getting a go, it's not therefore I believe we can talk all we want of other fights etc but the fight they all want within boxing is the big money one and there's only one about..

I'll finish on the point that I'd be very surprised if all involved risked such a big pay day for a pretty meaningless fight.. if they do, Kudos to them an Kudos to you and the others..I'm big enough and ugly enough to say if I'm wrong and I will if it turns out that way...
WBC will not force anything out of their own volition. Sulaimoney has now changed tune because his organisation faces a very expensive lawsuit from Whyte if they push back his mandatory again, similar to the Rocchigiani lawsuit that almost bankrupted them. They’d essentially have no choice but to strip Fury.

As such, nobody can call it a meaningless fight because it’s likely that it’s the only guaranteed way that the Fury-AJ fight will be for all belts.

Your last comment proves why true fighters like Whyte deserve all the credit (I never thought I’d say this). While Fury is content to take low risk fights against cans before his big fights, Whyte is risking his shot with an unneeded and dangerous fight where the big money is wanting him to fail.

I'm looking at the boxers/boxing perspective.. there's a fight with peanuts involved or a mega unification deal involved....

I'll let you feast on the peanuts dude, while I chase the belts...
You're an idiot if you think Fury Whyte is peanuts.

            Enough said.

                Level of competition does matter.
You can't educate these guys. Fury will duck Whyte, a pure duck of a guy who demolished him in sparring (I know) and an excuse like "I am the Gypsy King and can do whatever I want" is simply a pisss poor excuse for a blatant duck. I really want to see Fury and AJ, but frankly I am a boxing fan and don't want the sport to unravel with bs ducks. Whyte has earned it, arguably more than Fury eared his Wilder shot - justice = he doesn't duck Whyte.

Being #1 in a weak heavyweight division doesn’t qualify him, especially if he hasn’t even cleaned it up yet. At least let him beat AJ and dominate all-comers in the division for an extended period like Klitschko did.
Thank f**k for some sanity here. You'd think Fury has fought all comers for about a decade the way some people **** on about him. He's struggled against some of these no names, (knocked down by a meh cruiserweight and also by that Canadian Pajnic dude) pretty much lost to John McDermott, speaks in riddles to set up his ducking, and lies through his teeth.

Problem is, he 100% KNOWS Whyte will demolish him, so we simply won't get to see that fight. I will even be surprised if he takes the AJ fight - he may just disappear. But if he does, my money is on Joshua.

Everyone has a price just find out what Pulev’s is!

People forget his injury he had when they initially was supposed to fight wasn’t even that serious and he even said that he wasn’t that confident of winning!

It’s a waste of time, we already missed one super heavyweight fight for all the marbles cuz of marination and yes it was ducking when the A side isn’t being fair at all in the negotiations and kept moving the goalposts while with other B sides they made it simple and got it done!

People in history will remember that AJ wanted no parts of an undefeated Wilder while Fury had the bàlls to get in there twice!

Get the fight done by any means before we miss out on another super heavyweight fight that boxing needs!

Wilder-Fury 1 was a classic and the rematch was entertainingly one sided but nothing trumps what Fury-Joshua will bring or what Joshua-Wilder when they were undefeated would’ve brung!

                    Unifications trumps mandatories!

Serrano has dragged her feet repeatedly over the Taylor fight, probably because she's a naturally smaller girl.

Whyte, like Ortiz, has been pursuing the WBC belt in order to strengthen his bargaining position Vs Joshua.

There's no way on Earth Fury got mega millions for the likes of Seferi, Pianeta or even the first Wilder fight.
As the man himself said "you think you've cherry picked me but I cherry picked you".

It's all about leverage in Joshua fight and fair play, it's worked out for him, but to say that Joshua somehow ducked him is wrong.
I don’t care if Ortiz stank out a skunks home, if I want to see the fight I want to see it!

This was back when Ortiz was closer to his prime an started to build his reputation!

AJ had a choice between Takam and Ortiz and he chosed Takam cuz he an his team knew Takam isn’t as big of a challenge as Ortiz was!

So that’s when Ortiz went the WBC route cuz he didn’t want to wait, same thing Dillion Whyte is doing today, he didn’t want to wait for the AJ rematch so now he’s going after the belt so he won’t get low balled again!

People have amnesia that Team AJ has a history of bait/switch tactics and low ball offers against people who are dangerous unless they feel the reward is significant (ie. Wilder, Whyte, Prime Ortiz, etc.)

As far as Serrano goes, how did she drag her feet when she signed a 3 fight deal and said she thought the first 2 fights on the deal would be the Taylor fight yet it never happened and the third fight which was pushed back understandably cuz of the Plandemic and now she has to fight Edwards back garden?

She would’ve needed a KO to win so I understand why she walked away but eventually it will all come to light on who dropped the ball!

No it’s all about avoiding being low balled by Team AJ when they love to low ball threats unless the reward is significant, FairPlay to AJ for pimping his A side status but let’s be fair and honest here!
