Given that Crawford has not bothered to test himself against top opposition since that loss and Danny has, I give the experience edge to Danny. By a wide margin.

The one factor is that I do not trust Crawford's chin. Seen him wobbled a couple of times or stop punching because a bow got a lot of his attention. One of the top Wws might get to him.
Again, I would agree if not for Crawford's temper. He loses composure every time and him rushing in against Danny will put Crawford down off a hook.

Guess what I'm saying is that Crawford does not give a **** about being hit by someone who he knows he's going to beat, except when there is a title at stake. If Swift is as good as you say and Crawford gets serious then he will engage.

Should be a good fight if it happens.

I wouldn't put it past him. I remember when everybody was sure Matthysse was going to demolish him. He is still capable of pulling off a win against top guys.

But see, that's not how #1 P4P fighters should act.

It's "hit and not get hit",

not "hit me Mayorga style and when you wobble and drop me, I'll just fight dirty to pop the fans".

Because once again, if Swift lands, Crawford's out of there.

Crawford probably wins, but Danny has a shot, could be a good fight.

If he beats Spence, then he'll have his chance to do it

Offensively Crawford is pretty well rounded, while I don't think he is elite at anything he sits at above average at everything, which in conjunction with his long arms and good hand speed has him knocking on the door of A level fighter, but that defensive irresponsibility, improper punching form on his hooks(he punches VERY WIDE which almost negates his handspeed), and flat out recklessness is gonna eventually get his ass kicked.

I been telling people for a while since I saw the Crawford-Mayweather comparisons that Crawford is nothing like Mayweather, if any boxer from that era you can compare Crawford to would be Antonio Margarito, minus the cheating.

Except I don't recall Margacheato ever having to low blow anyone to get them out of there. Just sayin
