You mention that Danny beat Bud in the amateurs but convienently left out where Bud beat Danny the second time around.
Analysis: Why Danny 'Swift' Garcia beats Terence 'Smoke' Crawford

Because it doesn't matter. First win sets the table. Pro experience sets the tone.
Swift has fought top opposition multiple times and has never been dropped. The two fights he lost against top names were razor close and could have gone either way.
Crawford has been wobbled by B-levels and dropped by C-levels. Has not fought top opposition. He has no experience under true pressure. 147 wins all have asterisks. The experience gap is HUGE.
And, like I said, Crawford's temper leaves him vulnerable in every damn fight.Comment

revelated I hate to say it, but you are trying to lead the blind on this forum trying to explain to them that Crawford isn't god with a pair of boxing gloves on which is why for the most part I don't try. I'm 100% with you though, I completely see through him and his promoters 'smoke and mirror' tactics, but you aren't gonna unbrainwash them with words, they just gonna have to learn the hard way.Comment

Yeah but then there'll be excuses.revelated I hate to say it, but you are trying to lead the blind on this forum trying to explain to them that Crawford isn't god with a pair of boxing gloves on which is why for the most part I don't try. "well but they ducked and waited for him to get old doe!"Comment

InThey were always gonna use that excuse bro. Most boxing fans are gullible and don't know the first thing about the sport. I knew Boxing didn't have the brightest fans when pac-tards ran with the 'Floyd is aging him out' excuse completely ignoring the fact that Floyd is 2 years older than Pacquiao.
Just know I'm with you on Crawford, I see the obvious flaws, I see the recklessness, I see his lack of real competition and the deflection they try to do everytime you try to explain to them that going undisputed against Victor Postol and Julius Indongo isn't gonna cut it as far as passing a quality opposition test, but they don't because they don't want to. They have an agenda and they are sticking to it. I promise if Crawford fought for ANY other promotion besides Top Rank who has a stranglehold on the boxing media Crawford would be looked at in the same light as Demetrius Andrade, a guy who LOOKS like a good fighter, but has yet to actually prove it against other good fighters, and arguably both only have 1 decent win on they record.Comment

Well I appreciate it. It's just boggling to me that with Crawford, he gets praised for things he did years ago with vacant lineals, he's not being held accountable for "what have you done lately" and he's getting a pass for poor performances simply because they end in a TKO.In

To the point people celebrated him tossing a clearly - CLEARLY - blatant low blow on Amir Khan. AMIR KHAN!...a guy Danny Swift sparked on the chin in 4 rounds almost took Crawford to 10 and Crawford couldn't spark the chin. A guy who's supposed to have a glass jaw was surviving and jabbing the hell out of the #1 P4P, he gets frustrated, squares up and tosses a blatant low blow. NSB celebrates.
Kavaliauskas two-pieces, wobbles and drops Crawford. Crawford proceeds to hold and hit and fight dirty to wear him down illegally. NSB praises it. A #1 P4P holding and hitting out of frustration. Yet Horn does it to Manny and they look down on it.
It's like, why? You know the guy is smoke and mirrors, you know he is!Comment

Like I said with me you preaching to the choir bruh, I been peeped how fraudulent and weak his whole career really was a while ago, thing is bro most people aint buying it at least not in this country I won't speak for Europe, Mexico, etc. but in America dude is really a nobody. Nobody really cares that much when he fights and nobody really thinks he is P4P #1 for real like that. There is a reason Gervonta Davis and Ryan Garcia sell out shows anywhere they go and get all types of attention, yet Crawford can only sell out in his hometown, or why Errol Spence in 3 years went from being a nobody to arguably the biggest star in American boxing. Nobody outside of these fanboys and trolls on the internet actually like him that much or think that much of him, and it's mainly because this 'eye' test people claim he passes he really looks kind of bad a lot of the time to anyone who is actually paying attention and not just going with what they have been told.Well I appreciate it. People just like him being overly aggressive. Which is fine, as long as you can actually defend while doing it and you have a solid chin.Like I said with me you preaching to the choir bruh, I been peeped how fraudulent and weak his whole career really was a while ago, thing is bro most people aint buying it at least not in this country I won't speak for Europe, Mexico, etc. but in America dude is really a nobody. The 'eye test' is seeing aggression, even ineffective aggression. Which is unfortunate.Comment

Crawford has th legs to trouble Danny. Danny doesn't step it up when he has too. Too complacent to fight his style which is not a good match up agains Crawford.
The one factor is that I do not trust Crawford's chin. Seen him wobbled a couple of times or stop punching because a bow got a lot of his attention. One of the top Wws might get to him.Comment

It absolutely matters. If it didn't there'd be no point in rematches. If Bud can beat him once, he can beat him again.Because it doesn't matter. First win sets the table. Pro experience sets the tone.
