Too much at stake for both especially tyson, if he loses gone is the money potential making aura. Hope its an exciting event and both give good account of themselves; great champions deserve that at least.

These exhibition fights are almost unwatchable. Hugging, pitter pat punches, dancing around. Neither Tyson or Jones are going to try and hurt each other. It's just hype. Boxing is the worst sport on the planet for an "exhibition" and I absolutely love boxing.

The way they've been talking, it sure looks like we might be looking at this all wrong. All they need to agree with is dropping the headgear & we might possibly have another casualty in the ring. Hopefully these are just old timers with that "back in the day" type of talk. Don't wanna see an exhibition turn into a firestorm bc of one these dude getting badly hurt or worse. We've already had enough dudes losing their lives in the ring in recent years.

Exhibition or not that won’t stop Tyson if he loses his rag and go’s tribal on jones.
It could end up a brutal knock out because both are well shot and I would have Jones hitting me than Tyson lol

Nothing escalated, he’s just being real. Anyone who thinks It’s a light touch fight hasn’t watched Mike before .This isn’t some random fun fight where he’s going to hold his opponent up like he did with Sanders ,this is a big event on PPV . They agreed to an exhibition just to get it passed ,most of Tyson’s sparring sessions were no different then his real fights . This is not going to be a sparring session.

That's exactly right! They have to say things like it's killed or be killed in order to generate enough PPV sales.

This is nothing more than a money grab. They are in there for one reason and that is collect some dough.

Agree with this. Tyson is one of those guys with two gears...on or off. When he's on I think he'll be going all out. But he won't have the steam to be in full blown attack mode for more than three rounds at best.
