I don't think it's a bad thing that especially men now can talk about and be open about mental issues.
It's better to get it out in the open than hold it in.

no he doesnt, ryan is what you call a fake person. guy that couldnt control his privates which led to him having a kid, with his 'girlfriend' having to look after a child at such a young age, routinely talks to other women and showing off his 'boxing skills' on instagram, has fought absolutely no one and just a fake overall, cant stand the dude

Wake the **** up kid. It's hard having a kid when you are kid yourself. You want to hear something real scary? Having a J O B and everyone relying on you to pay the bills. You want to hangout with your boys? No silly go to the market buy diapers and milk then come home and go to sleep cause you have work in the morning.

I was lucky. I joined the USMC after H.S. I got to sleep in until 5am every morning.

That's why that's considered a disorder, because it messes up how you live your life normally and healthily. Being a lil down because you're not feeling the best at the time isn't it. He's lying for attention. He may have had it previously but not at all currently although I can believe he gets anxious having to keep up such a bravado on social media all the time. That's my assessment.
Depression isn't his problem, anxiety is like you stated. The extra attention and fame he gets is bound to make it worse. He

Exactly. My father has his own issues but he's from a generation when men didn't talk about mental health issues and a lot of men suffer silently.

Thank you. Unfortunately, it still has a stigma of being weak in the Black community so we normalize the ***********. I hate it.

I gotta say the fact that these guys have been getting punched in the head regularly since a young age is surely bad for their mental health also.
